Rewarding Popularity & Harassment

The Bloggies, annual awards for blogs, come in 30 different categories, but really only come in two categories.

  • Blogs that are very very popular (a la BoingBoing)
  • Blogs that best harass their readers to vote for them on a daily basis

That pretty much sums it up.
