Interview with a Linked Stranger:
David Lanham
David Lanham is a talented artist and iconographer.
I don’t know him at all, but that’s what I’ve learned from his website and I link to him as a result. Doing so allows me to annoy him with questions via email.
Q: How did you come to realize you wanted to be an artist?
David: I’ve always had this insatiable passion to create things, I tried to go into medicine in college but art classes were so much more fun. Besides, my friends would beat the tar out of me if I let my talents go to waste.
Q: Does the inevitable event of your own demise impact your choice of bread at the grocery store?
David: Nah, I always buy that expensive, fresh baked bread that is super soft and fluffy and melts in your mouth with that fresh-bread taste ::drool:: I can’t get enough of it!
Q: Are the rumors involving you and Lana Turner true?
David: Not unless someone found my hidden time machi… err.. I mean… umm… pretend you didn’t hear that.
David’s website has a bunch of great wallpaper, icons and other toys you should check out.

The “somatic” icons on David’s site are very cool.
Dude, keep your mitts off Lana. She’s mine, I tells ya, she’s mine!
His work is awesome and very inspiring. In regards to having a desire for art and design, I can definitely relate to him.
