Epiphone Texan Guitar for Sale in NYC
The first in a series of Adventures in Blog Commerce (yes, I am wearing a cape while I type this.) I’m selling a barely used and well-cared for Epiphone Texan Guitar. It was purchased new in the late 90s and has spent most of it’s time in a hardshell case. In short, if you live in pickup distance of the island of manhattan, make me a reasonable offer and it’s yours.

Update: The guitar was sold to a very nice gentleman from the Bronx. In the end, craigslist made the connection.

Hi…I’d love to know what you sold it for. I have a Texan from @ 1945 in good shape that I’d like to sell. I bought it for $300 in 1975.
Tara
Honestly, I don’t remember. Perhaps a couple hundred, but it’s a bad comparison as mine was a pretty new model made in the 90s. I wouldn’t use mine as a matter of comparison at all.
Hi Tara,
are you still selling your guitar?
Where is the Texan? Anywhere near NYC? If so, I’d be interested, used to have one but lost it in unfortunate circumstances.
It’s already sold.
Hi Tara, can you please send me a picture of the Texan?
I’m interested.
Thanks!
I have a Texan just like that and I might sell it. Anyone interested? These are great guitars. Solid spruce top and flamed maple back and sides. Reason for selling is I don’t need it, have another couple of acoustics.
Hi, can you tell me more about the Texan? Might be in NYC some time.
