JCPenney Price Gouging on Xbox 360
You have to feel bad for parents who are trying to dig up an Xbox 360 for their kid. Microsoft seems to be failing to meet anything close to demand and then JCPenney pulls crap like this. They are charging $800 for a system that should only cost $400. That’s right, it’s a $400 markup over MSRP. It’s like having the insanity of ebay built right into your shopping experience.
Seriously, if you buy anything at JCPenney, stop it. This sort of garbage doesn’t deserve to be rewarded.

There are different bundles for the Xbox 360. The core system with only the most basic accessories and games goes for $400. The platinum bundle likely includes more hardware, accessories, and games – hence the hefty price tag.
This is no bundle as other retailers are doing. It’s just the system. No extra controllers. No games at all. Just the system for $800.
You’ll be happy to know they’ve dropped the price to $595.
They dont even carry the xbox 360 systems now, coincedence? I think not.. They couldnt sell them.
