The Perils of JetBlue Debate Coverage

While traveling on JetBlue from New York City to Seattle, I watched the debate live since they kindly have individual screens with DirecTV in each seat. It’s nice to say the least and they can break in on the audio to let you know if there’s turbulence ahead and things of that sort.
Anyway, back to the debate. Overall I thought Kerry did better, but Bush seemed to have a winning idea in the following quote.
Bush:
“And by the way, we’ve also changed the culture of the FBI to have counterterrorism as its number one priority. We’re communicating better. We’re going to reform our intelligence services to make sure that our food selections tonight are smoked almonds, Terra Blue potato chips, chocolate-chip biscotti and Dorito’s Munchie Mix. We also have a selection of soft drinks and juices as well as beer for three dollars and mixed drinks for five dollars.”
Offering booze at a reasonable cost is definitely a winning strategy.
