I bought one for 75 another for 100 and had it shipped from FL.That was pricy and the last for 500, it was hardly used. Probe was still wrapped. Love it. Can not imagion actually selling one.

I have a Frigidaire Custom Imperial, pink that I would like to sell in Ohio. It works great, but is PINK, and I want gas. I would entertain trading for vintage red gas stove. It is not a “Flair”, just the range.

I have a RCI 645K custom imperial flair with either a EH 40 or EH 45 vent hood. I am looking for a photograph of the hood. It appears to have had some decorative covering because of the “snap holes” in the vent cover. It is now only black.

Hi friends:
after doing a lot of research ON THE NET- Finally, when I asked a question on Yahoo Answers about this SPECIAL oven that is shown in the TV sitcom Bewitched ( old one) some one sent me the URL of this site- can U believe how thrilled I am? I live in BC Canada and I would love to own such an oven, its the up-swinging doors that interested me, after getting burnt so many times with the new fancy ovens

Hi Denise,
The repairman is partially right.
The switches (if that what she needs)
are difficult to come by. However, converting the ‘Speed Heat’ and the ‘Heat Minder’ burners to standard
infinate heat is doable.
If you notice at the very top of the page, we have moved this particular board to Google Groups.
There you can find in the posts many helpful ways to fix your Flair!
In the file section of the Google Group is a .pdf file that shows all the control panels and what year and model number they are.
Repairclinic.com actually has burners for the Flair and the infinate heat switches.
Another posibility is to join the google group as many folks on there have extra parts and could possibly help your get the Flair repaired like new!

My mom has a Flair that she says they bought in 1964. I’m not there to look at the model # but would recognize a photo matching the configuration of controls (4 burner controls on the right side of the top panel).
She just paid a repairman $60 to hear that parts are not available.
She needs the 2 front burners ~ small left “speed heat” surface element and large right “Heat Minder” surfact element.
She is in the Binghamton, NY area.
Any recommendations for parts availability? Thanks!
