		<description>Stencils?? Hand-touched giant plywood block prints? As an artist, I like the scale, but as one tagger said recently on NPR, the ideal tagger approaches his surface and creates a unique improvisational masterpiece.  This work is fairly well planned, and must have taken some time and dark nights to complete without the ubiquitous security/traffic cams operating in the vicinity</description>
