		<description>I swear I had this checked long ago, but maybe after a series of upgrades it's gotten unchecked.   I became aware of a problem when windoze users started bitching about "I can't see the picture you sent".     For all the hype that Apple makes about being more compatible with other OS's, it's a wonder this isn't the default.  I mean, why is it even an option to turn off?</description>
