This thing looks like an updated Tron Pod Racer. Very cool.
It’s called the go-one and it looks like they’re also working on a motor assist version. Just stick the tron guy in it and the frightening nerd fantasy is complete.

Hmm. Interesting. However, the advantage an open air bicycle/tricycle has over this thing is that when you get slammed into by a car (which isn’t an uncommon experience here in Boston), you clear the accident area. I’m afraid you’d look like sardines in tomato sauce if that happened while you were in this vehicle.
That’s a point of curiosity for me: crash tests. It’s carbon fiber, so I’d love to see how this does and does not take impacts.
