Good Mac Mini As Web Server Tutorials

I ran into a good series of tutorials on turning a Mac into a web server. He focuses on the Mac mini, but these tutorials are valid for any reasonably powered Mac. OS X already comes with a number of great services installed, but these tutorials look helpful in learning how to augment or take advantage of them including setting up remote access and tools that make cron jobs easier.
I’m still hoping Apple releases a SoHo Pro Mac mini for small business that comes with Mac OS X Server installed, but until then these tutorials offer a good alternative.
