Revising a Green Energy Experiment in the East River

There’s an interesting article in the NY Times today about the experiments in NYC to capture the East River’s energy.

They had to pull the plug and take them in for a redesign, but hope to have them online soon. Green energy may be a not so easy learning process, but it’s good to see we’re learning.
