blu-ray outsold hd-dvd for the year by a pretty healthy margin.  Right before CES, Universal pulled it's support, leaving HD-DVD with the support of only two studios.  Immediately, the HD-DVD folks canceled their press conference and to say it's in it's death throws is an understatement.</description>
