		<description>Thanks for posting my comment.  It seems TiVo is aware of the problem, as indicated on their message boards.  They state that the problem is only being seen in subscribers with digital cable boxes.  Subscribers with regular analog boxes or no box at all are not seeing any difference in their channel changing speed.  What is disconcerting about the problem is that TiVo is not quick to fix the problem stating, &quot;channel changing or surfing has never been a priority.&quot;  They are looking at what they can do to address the problem in &quot;future&quot; upgrades.  I call on all subscribers to call TiVo to address this problem and bring visibility to this issue.</description>
